Why did you choose to go to Copenhagen, Denmark?

It was just a country i've never been to and I wanted to go to a country which was really different from the one I come from.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I just got the erasmus scholarship which is around 300 euros per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Copenhagen?

It's a city though for the students. Each faculty has it's own party place the campuses are enormous. Almost 25% of Copenhagen's population are international exchange students.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Copenhagen to other students?

Definetly, good teachers from all around the world and well the city is amazing.

What is the food like?

Considering that bread with butter it's the typical dish... food it's not really good.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Copenhagen?

No, University of Copenhagen provided accommodation for me. Although I know some people that had some issues regarding accommodations and that arrived here without a place to sleep.

How much does it cost to live in Copenhagen?

I spended around 450-500 euros per month. It's considered one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language it's totally different, I was just here for 4 months so I didn't take the language course provided by my uni, and I feel it's no necessary as everyone, older people, kids, speak a perfect english.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Copenhagen from your city?

Plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Copenhagen?

Meatpacking district.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Copenhagen?

Basically italian restaurants are the best ones, although they are really expensive.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The little mermaid, Tivoli, Nyhavn, walk trough the longest peatonal street in europe...
