What is it like to live in Chicago? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Chicago is a wonderful city full of excitement and cultures. There are many things to do and see, from the skyscrapers to the beautiful museums. People are very nice and understandable since it is a city full of culture and a variety of different nationalities. Lake Michigan is a good attraction for people who love the beach and enjoy sightseeing. I definitely recommend Chicago!

What is the student lifestyle like in Chicago?

The student lifestyle is good, there are a lot of schools and campuses all around Chicago.

How much does it cost to live in Chicago?

It is pretty expensive, but in the end it is worth it because it isn't hard for students to find jobs in such a big city.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Chicago? Is there any advice you can give?

When it comes to school then a student has it easier by getting a dorm, because apartments in the city are very expensive.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There is a variety of different foods in Chicago. Many different styles of cuisine. Especially the famous Chicago hot dog!

What places would you recommend visiting in Chicago?

I recommend the Willis Tower which used to be Sears Tower. The lake is amazing, and especially the beaches. There are many other places like the art museum. A good place for shopping is the Water Tower Place.

Yeah definitely, there are many restaurants to choose from. One of mine is a delicious italian restaurant near the lake shore.

Is the nightlife good in Chicago? Where is good to go?

Chicago never sleeps, there are a lot of clubs and bars open at night so its always an activity available in Chicago's downtown.

What advice would you give future students heading to Chicago?
