6 months, I recieved 300 euro per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Castellón De la Plana?

Student life is nice, the only days there is nothing to do is on Sundays and Mondays. All the other days you can go to concerts or parties.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Castellón De la Plana to other students?

Yes, but you should know that it's a relatively small city if you compare it to cities like Valencia or Barcelona.

What is the food like?

The food is really good and really really cheap. Also the drinks are cheap, for two beers you pay 1 euro, half a liter sangria you pay 1 euro...

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Castellón De la Plana?

No, it's very easy to find an accommodation, there is plenty of possibility's. I think the best thing to do is search for an apartment with other (Erasmus) students.

How much does it cost to live in Castellón De la Plana?

At the moment I pay 175 euro for rent, and I think 25 euro's extra costs.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are language courses available and they are very good. It's also a nice opportunity to meet with other Erasmus people.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Castellón De la Plana from your city?

Take a plane to Valencia, from there you have a train for 5. 60 euro

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Castellón De la Plana?

You have different kinds of bars and discos. Mystic/User is probably the most famous here in Castellon and it's a nice place.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Castellón De la Plana in the future?

The best place to stay is between the train station and parque Ribalta!
