I came here because my campus is here, affordablability and for the experience

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

At the moment I do not have a scholarship, but 400 euros is enough for rent, food & entertainment

What is the student lifestyle like in Castellón De la Plana?

It’s fun but you have to form friends to enjoy but at the same time I didn’t really enjoy it much due to covid 19

Would you recommend the city and the University of Castellón De la Plana to other students?

Definitely

What is the food like?

Here you find typical Spanish,lots of other European food, very little American food and Japanese food. There’s no African food restaurants though

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Castellón De la Plana?

Accommodation is not hard to find and is very reasonably priced

How much does it cost to live in Castellón De la Plana?

For me 400 euros is enough for rent, food and entertainment

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Definitely easy and yes the university offers Spanish lessons

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Castellón De la Plana from your city?

I’m Namibian so by plane, then train

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Castellón De la Plana?

Salera, centro Mercado there you’ll find different places, but then my favorite where the beach bars in el grau and benicassim as well as plenty of restaurants

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Castellón De la Plana?

For pizza I love eltrusco, then for sushi I love the sushi gallery, la bocavaca for burgers restaurante puerto de sol

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Castellón De la Plana in the future?

Learning the language is very important to get by much smoother
