I wouldn't say that there is a vast variety of dishes, but you should try some of them. Of course, almost everything is based on meat and ham (the Spanish one), but there are also Arabic or Latin, etc. options.

Accommodation can range from 170 to 300 a month.

Weekly grocery shopping is 45-50 euros and every weekend around 25-30 euros, with extra costs for clothes, transport, etc. Taking into account a room for 170 euros, I calculate around 500 euros a month.

Spanish, and no as Spanish is my native language too.

Which was the cheapest way to get to Cádiz from your city?

Mexico - Madrid and a train to Cádiz.
