Hello everyone, my name is Ionescu Cristian Ionel or Cris as they called me in Turkey, I am from Roumania, more exactly Ploiesti and I am 23 years old. I study Commodities and Quality Management at Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, from where I started with Eramus+ programs and about this I want to speak, my experience by sharing good and bad things and discovering the benefits of Erasmus+ programs.

How Erasmus+ Scholarship starts!

I have found out about Erasmus+ program in my second year of faculty from some good friends that convinced me with their experience and I have chose to try because it was my dream to travel, beside of this was a great opportunity to study abroad and to share this experience, like my friends shared it with me. From that day I have watched videos with Erasmus+ scholarship, I read on the official site about the opportunities and advantages that students have with this program and one week later I went at my University International Office to find out more details. My grades were good and one more thing on my way, the English test, which was not bad, I passed. I started to search faculties with who my university had an agreement, the similar courses that I might have and finally I choose Turkey. After this, my documents were done, and send it by the University of Ploiesti to the University of Izmir. We received an affirmative answer and they waited for me.

For those who wants to apply, it's very easy. Trust in yourself:

  • In the first year of University you can't take part at this program but from the beginning of the second year, you are able to do it, if your grades in the first year are more than 8 or between BB and AA, BB means 8, AA means 10.
  • Be careful to not fail any exam during the first year, none of them.
  • Pass the English test, which consist in a sample written and speech.
  • Choose a country, complete the documents and that's all. One more thing that it's important, is to make Erasmus+ program as soon as possible because you got many benefits and the biggest one is that you will have a scholarship which provides you money per month. Good luck!

Welcome to Izmir - Izmir`e Hoşgeldiniz!

My adventure starts in the first semester of my third year, in Turkey, more exactly at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi, which was founded in 2010. This was all I knew before coming, but I didn't realised what kind of surprises will expect me and how my life will be changing.

On 23 of September I arrived in Izmir, a beautiful town situated in the west of Turkey, which is welcoming me to know the most wonderful parts of my life. Izmir is the third biggest town in Turkey and known by the history that you can see, step by step, because in Ancient times, many cultures lived here. Also in Izmir you can found the tomb of Zubeyde Hanim, the mother of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who was, as the name says Ataturk, the father and founder of the modern Turkey.

Even if I should have been on 27 of September at university, for Erasmus+ students meeting, I came earlier, just in time for a Turkish Celebration, something like Ramadan (Ramazan in Turkey), and it was amazing because all the people prepare traditional food, candies and another thing that I liked was to see people sharing these for free, tea, desserts, like Turkish delight or baklava. It was a truly surprise for me to see how nicely are those people and how beautiful and respectful are their traditions.

In the beginning I stayed at a hotel, in Menemen, a little part of Izmir, which wasn't so nice for students, because there is not a lot to see, or to go, it was like a village. However instead of this I loved their Turkish Celebration. If you ask me why I chose to stay here, the answer is: I didn't. Firstly I spoke with a person for a room near my university but when I arrived there, surprise, he didn't got the key and probably next week the room will be free for me. So what should I do now, because I had with me my luggage and the only solution was this hotel, which was a bit expensive, according to the emplacement and quality that it provides. In total for 4 nights I've paid 120 euros, and per month I had 500 euros. I was getting a little upset, but what could I do. On the other hand, I was happy that I arrived safe and I spoke with my parents. By the way, Menemen is also the name of a Turkish Food and when I hear it everytime I remember my first experience, but I have to admit that the food is better than my first days in Turkey.

Useful advises that it will be helpful for everyone:

  • Try to choose the similar profile with the one you have in your country, it will be good when you go back, because you don't need to pass another exams in your country.
  • Take contact with your coordinator of the University where you must go. Your country University must make these processes, but just in case, it will be good for you to speak before with your coordinator.
  • Learn a few basic words of the country where you will go, you will make a good impression.
  • Take a map with you, just in case.
  • Change some money, for example in Turkey they are using Turkish Lira and 1 euro it's 3 turkish lire, or more than 3, depends.
  • Search on Facebook about your nationality groups abroad, for example I found almost 200 Romanians in Izmir, you do not know when you need something and you can take this into consideration.
  • If you are about to chose Izmir, you should make an insurance there, because they don't accept from another place, it's not valid for them, I've made one in Roumania and in Turkey another one, more expensive this time, because I didn't know their procedure, they want it only in their language. Probably now things have changed, but to be sure of this, speak with your coordinator.
  • If you will stay more than 3 months you should apply for a Residence Card, because you can live here maximum 3 months, as a tourist but after if you don't make this card residence, they won't allow you to come back in Turkey. The university would provide you the necessary information and documents for this process.
  • It's useful for you to know how you can manage very well your money because Erasmus+ means a new life where you must manage everything, from your money till your scholarship. This will be important for you!

First day at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi!

The big day came, and I was excited to see something new, for example how my university looks, maybe I'll meet my new colleagues, how the professors will be. I was tired of Menemen, but glad to see my new university, which was good, but unfinished at some parts, because it was new.

I met my Erasmus coordinator of my university, also some Erasmus+ students from Spain, Albania, Macedonia, and Lithuania with whom I spoke about the scholarship, but more important about the accommodation because it was a major problem and I didn't want to have another experience in Menemen. I only recommend you the food called Menemen, but not the place.

Speaking about the food, in the same day, we had a breakfast with all Erasmus+ students and professors, were they had a chat about the importance of this scholarship, we drank Turkish Coffee, and I must told you that Turkish Coffee is amazing, you must taste it if you have a chance to come in Turkey and by the way, do you know that Ottomans played an major role when we spoke about coffee? At the important things of Turkey I explain it.

Important things that I like at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi:

  • The coordinator and the professor in charge with his profile were very careful with us to be sure that everything was ok, we didn't had any problems and for those who didn't find any accommodation, they immediately try to solve the problem.
  • Usually professors take the Erasmus+ students at their home, or provide them a house, room being very closer with students, which is very important for their development. They can learn more things about the opportunities that they have in country and University, they will know better the history, culture and language.

After this day I change my place from Menemen to another one, a hostel, thanks to my coordinator, more cheaper than the hotel, with the same quality but placed in a nice location of Izmir, from where I had the chance to see more beautiful things. Beside of this, I was happy that I met nice people and I saw another part of Turkey, one more beautiful this time. Here I've spend only two days, but it has passed very quickly because most of my day I was walking and visiting and when came the bedtime I was speaking with my friends, parents, or watching a movie. After two days, I received a call from my coordinator which saved me again and told me that from now on I will stay with a professor, in Karşiyaka. Thanks again to my coordinator, and to a special friend, Oğuzhan, I moved at my new home and this news made my day!

I moved with an Economic professor, who, I can say was like a father to me and I've learned a lot of information from him, about history, culture, education and useful things that help me travel around, speaking Turkish and be aware of the advantages that an Erasmus student have. So my new life started in Izmir, more exactly in Karșiyaka, and for the first time, it was really nice here, the apartment was wonderful, near the metro station and ferry port, with all the shops and restaurants near the house, and many students around.

The life of an Erasmus+ student!

And here we are, at the most beautiful chapter that I like because Erasmus+ programs and Turkey started to become more amazing. When I came, I was excited to see the important and beautiful parts of Turkey but in the beginning it wasn't like this, after this experience everything was better. I wanted to embrace the history and culture and to know more about their food and traditions and this it was possible thanks to my professor, who plays and important role. In the first month in Karșiyaka, I tried to learn how to speak in Turkish, the basic words in a short conversation and also to find out what opportunities I could have as an Erasmus+ student and Turkish one.

Students advantages in Turkey:

  • With the student card from university you can eat at the dining hall with only 0. 70 euro, 2 Turkish lira. The food includes: one soup, one basic menu, one dessert, water or juice, and bread. How is this? Great, I am telling you, and the food is good.
  • With the same student card you have access to the library, where you can stay how much you want because you can find here what you need, computers, books and friends.
  • From two on two weeks, at university you can have free food, like fish, kebab or Turkish desserts and also you can take part at art shows or different spectacles.
  • You can visit for free museums and historical places. Like my professor says: "The history is important".
  • You do not need tickets for tripping, you make again a card, like the student one, and with this you can travel everywhere with bus, metro, ferry by paying the student price, which is 1. 25 Turkish Lira, normal is 2. But this is not all, in the first 90 minutes you can change the transportation for free, only in the first 90 minutes, so you pay only 1. 25 Turkish lira for 2 trips. How is this? I was surprised too.
  • At every exam you enter with your student card and you can find out your results in an easier way by entering the university site and receiving the grades on your mobile phone.
  • In some parts of town the food for students is for free or maybe they call you to eat with them even if you are not student. If you say that you are "The Guest of God" (Tanrı Misafiri) they will give you everything, a place to sleep or food. This is their culture and tradition.

For the first time I like where I've stayed, and in this town I started to feel like my second home. I didn't like one thing, it was very crowded, mostly during the weekend, but the rest was wonderful. This was really a good place where students should stay, because is wasn't so expensive. I've stayed with my professor, the food was not expensive but very good, like Lahmacun, Kumpir, Pide which were unbelievable and the desserts too, baklava, tulumba and Turkish delight, lokum.

Turkish Food was very good, also the history told us that Turkey conquered important parts of three continents: Asia, Europe and Africa and they have taken and learnt generations after generations the cooking style, and as my professor would say now: "History is important, you must learn".

My experience looks more wonderful adding this photo and thanks to my professor.

In my free time I like to drink tea or coffee, especially Turkish Coffee, near the sea side, from where I could feel the sea breeze and enjoy the moment.

Interesting cities to visit!

What makes the trip more wonderful is to see something new, to have fun with friends and to spend unforgettable moments. This is what I made in the next weeks of my Erasmus year and I will talk about the beautiful places that you can see, where to eat, drink and spend good moments, important cultural monuments and what we like mostly, night clubs.

Alsancak - Which can be called one of the favourite place of students because it has many night clubs, very good cafeterias, excellent food and desserts and what makes it very wonderful, is the charming open area at sea, especially at night. Mostly everytime I went here by ferry, it took 30 minutes maximum, but was really nice to see the beautiful landscape, felt the breeze of sea and feed seagulls. During the weekend, all the people come here, they sat in the front of the sea, put a blanket on the grass and made different activities, like reading, singing, playing or they only eat something, drink and chat. I made this one time, because I wanted to see how they felt doing this, and I know now why they like, the landscape is wonderful and if you are with your friends it's even nicer.

the-greatest-investment-20223b3ca7ca4af6

In Alsancak, mostly in every restaurants and cafeterias you will find live music, everyone is having fun and a couple of drinks. What I like here, is that when you are drinking beer, they gives you pickled cucumber and popcorn, I didn't tried this before but it's really good. For tea and Turkish Coffee, usually I went in the week, but for desserts, as baklava and tulumba if I could I would go everyday because this taste is unforgettable.

In Ancient times, Alsancak was a favourite place for Greeks, Armenians and you can see the imprint of the past by many authentic churches and buildings. Also if you will arrive here you could go for visit museums, like Ataturk Museum or History and Art Museum.

Konak - It`s a beautiful part of Izmir because of his monuments, as Clock Tower, which have 24 metres height, being the symbol of Izmir, the little mosque Konak which is near the Clock Tower plus the big and wonderful market place. People usually goes here to see the little mosque, that was founded in 1755 and the visitors are always impressed by her beautiful drawings and painted walls, they can see and made photos with the symbol of Izmir, Clock Tower, and for buying gifts, you could use the bazaar Kemaralti which is the best and known market place of Izmir. From here I bought gifts for my family, and I can say that is the right place to find everything, from earrings to clothes, and little sponges to traditional glasses and plates, every model, size and colour. Don't forget to negotiate, because this is usual in Turkey, and here was something that impressed me very much. I looked for some gifts and the owner of the shop invites me and my friend, who knew how to spoke in Turkish, to drink tea and eat Turkish delight. It was strange for me because we were customers but my friend spoke with the owner, after he translated to me what the owner sayed : ``Let`s eat sweets to speak sweetly``. How is this? They really know how to treat and serve people, this being a part of their culture and it can be also a good strategy of selling, but you are able to negotiate instead. This was a nice case, but in others parts there are people who will get upset or disturbed, if you don't buy anything, because for these kind of persons it matters, even if you bought a magnet. By the way here you also could came by ferry, also by bus or metro.

This place looks more beautiful thanks to this photo in which you can see the symbol of Izmir, The Clock Tower.

Foca - Where we should swim? Don`t worry, there is always a solution. The name of this station is related with sea mammal, foca, and from this the name of station comes. They don`t have only mammals, here you can found a beautiful and crystalline water for swimming, wonderful old houses that puts in a nice dashboard the history and if you like to eat fish, this is the right place. I tried and I liked it very much, also here I tasted the best ice-cream, which was cheap and really delightful.

It's the perfect place to spend the weekend and if you like fishing, Foca waits your fishing rod.

Bornova - Here you can find a lot of students, from many countries, because of the biggest two universities that are here, Ege Üniversitesi with almost 60 000 students, and Yaşar Üniversitesi with around 7 000 students and that's why here you could find the best places for having fun, like night clubs. One that I had visited is Ouze Venue, and it was really nice, almost all were students and even if you don't speak Turkish you will have fun because the atmosphere is great, absolutely amazing. Many popular singers came here and made a good atmosphere till everyone was under the control of music. I usually like to say that Bornova it's my place because of this, all students have fun, no matter what. Also you can find here a lot of clubs, but I only visited this one, because I like it. Everytime after parties I went with my friends to ate something, and we choose stomach soup, which I recommend it, but after a good party.

A little party never killed nobody!

Urla - If you want one weekend to relax yourself, going by car at a wonderful place, from which you will enrich your memories and your feelings, I recommend Urla. The representative activity of this city is agriculture, and it produces mostly fruits, vegetables and olive oil. Beside of this Urla have a beautiful landscape near the sea, little islands and pretty houses between the mountains and sea. I was here after I finish all my exams at İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi, to relax myself, to feel the smell of nature, sea and to enjoy all what I've achieved in university with my professor and my friends. Also, it was a time where I felt I missed something, almost 5 months had passed, and I missed my parents, my home, my friends. Thanks to my friends from Turkey, this trip for me was very relaxing and I recovered myself, I needed this.

İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi!

Here I had the chance to study and learn from very good professors which have made their studies in Europe and returned home after. My profile was Economics and in total I took seven courses, which mean seven exams but not all were hard, the hardest ones were two courses based on economy: Mathematics and Economy.

I must admit that at the beginning a few were hard because they had another system here, the courses were in English, I didn't get used with the time and after 45 days, more exactly after the first 5 courses, I had an exam which counted for 40% of the final grade. After this I knew that I had to be more prepared for the final ones, and I should manage my life more carefully and also my time. I still made some trips with my friends, I went for drinking Turkish Coffee with them, but I also payed more attention to my studies and quickly I had put an order in my life and time. In the end I passed at all exams with high grades, at Mathematics and Economy too, were I was a little afraid, but thanks to a special friend, that helped me to understand better the formulas, I did it.

University facilities and system:

  • Each classroom is furnished with: computer, video projector and system attendance which counts your attendance by entering at course with the student card.
  • Between 12 and 1 pm everyone has one hour free for lunch and the nice thing is that professors invite you for having lunch or they can join you, if you are available.
  • Mostly in all the courses the lessons are presented with the video projector and blackboards are only used for exercises.
  • Professors provides one day per week with almost two hours of consultations about problems or missing points from the course. For example, in Roumania we made this too, but with all the students, and we call it seminar.
  • After course, professors send the lessons to all students by e-mail.
  • The exam consist in two parts: first exam it's after you pass 5 courses, and this works 40%, and the final one 60%, but if you had pass the first one you don't need to learn the first 5 courses again.
  • One interesting thing is the greatest grade. As example, if you took 91 points (AB) from your classroom and this is the biggest score, instead you will get 100 points (AA) because your mark it's the best of all the classroom. How is this?
  • If you failed at one exam, or more than one, you can pass them again, probably in the next week and if you don't pass neither this time, you have completely failed and you must make the course again. For example, in Roumania, if you failed you have one free chance in summer to pass it, if you don`t make it, you must pay a tax for another chance.

Probably you wonder if there was something that I didn't like, and yes, there was. Even if all the courses should have been in English, my `Business Management` course, the professor spoke mostly in Turkish. The only words I heard in English were when she had to read the PowerPoint presentation, and after she gave the explication in Turkish, even if she knew I was here. This wasn't a big problem for me, instead I saw it like an opportunity to learn Turkish, but the big surprise was at the final exam, which was in English, of course, when I took the biggest grade from the classroom. It's very good for your thinking if you are optimistic and you transform your disadvantages into advantages. The rest of courses were interesting, I enjoyed them learning useful and new things, also I made new friends from Gastronomy Department, with who, one day I prepared baklava, my favourite dessert.

After having switched roles with the cooks we started the process. I figure out that it was very easy to make it, what is harder is to made the pastry which must be invisible, you must see the other side from it, as for the products, in Gaziantep, the town of Baklava they use different products for rainy days or hot days. Very interesting!

The benefits of making Erasmus+ Scholarship!

Erasmus+ Scholarship is giving you the chance to discover the world, discovering yourself also, and learning more things, all this experience for free. Do you accept this challenge?

For me to be a Erasmus+ student meant a new life, experience and knowledge. I said this because this was my first time with more than two weeks abroad and also alone. It`s was important for me, and for you, to learn how to manage yourself, the time, money, and other things. Thanks to this, I 've learned to appreciate even more my parents and what they do for me. Beside of this, with this scholarship I improved better my English, I learned a new language, I made new friends from all over the world. Usually, I am asked by my friends what do I like the most in Turkey, and my answer is everytime the same, people. Because people are the most important for me, for them I will return, I give them a value, not for items or something else, because people makes a place to be more beautiful and as an old word said: ''The human sanctify the place''.

The time that I had with my professor was very interesting for me, because I learned a lot that I didn't know before, about me, about people and history, which is very important. Another advantage that you have, are your studies, where you will found another professors, another thinking, useful information and knowledge, breadline defined, this is what I called the best investment that I made in myself and I will never lose it.

Another benefit with this scholarship is the international experience and the opportunities that this will bring to you finding a better job. You have nothing to lose, on the contrary you will have the chance to develop yourself, to have a wonderful experience with this program and make new friends. Think of it, students have a lot of advantages but not all of us take them into account. As example, this scholarship and what I studied together with the persons that I met, helped me to come back in Turkey, with Erasmus+ but now as an internship.

Trust in yourself and give your future a better chance!

``Make Erasmus+, invest in yourself``.

``Glad to be a Erasmus+ student and pleased to chose Turkey!

Same Erasmus+ but now with an internship!

Here am I again, with Erasmus+ Internship and thanks to my professor, now I have part of another experience in Isparta, this time working at Isparta Municipality in Social Services Department. How do I found about this? I was one day at my University International Office of Ploiesti only for greeting my coordinators, nothing was planned, and they told me about this, asking me if I would like to join this mobility for two months. I was very excited to heard this and when I went back home I checked the sites to know more about it and I called my professor also. By the way, by searching these sites I found out about this program too, so it's important to search for more information, to know more and to be prepared. The following sites are:

You can also ask more details about this at your University International Office and you can found the official pages of Erasmus+ in Facebook too, also Eramus+ groups.

Who would think that I will come again here? One important thing is to have confidence in yourself and to be optimistic, you don't know where the life will took you, right now I am here, with a beautiful team with me, a wonderful job, with new friends, and most important, with the person who learn me many good things, my professor.

Isparta is a small town, with around 200 000 of people, but it's a beautiful city and recognized in old times and nowadays too by the most wonderful carpets and roses. Honestly, now I saw more roses than carpets, but I didn`t see all the parts of Isparta.

I didn't faced any problem with my accommodation, I've stayed with my professor and his family, and I felt like in a family. My job is very good, i work at a project about drugs, and where I must make fundamental ideas to establish a reability center. Even if I didn't know anything about this, everything has a starting point, and it's nice that I can help people by doing this. This new experience it's very important for me, for my Curriculum Vitae and my future. For you, dear students and friends, this can be the first big step for your future, where many opportunities wait for you.

Make Erasmus+, invest in yourself!

Important things that you should know about Turkey!

These are some useful things that I learned during my scholarship, and which can be useful if you want to go in Turkey:

  1. Turks are very hospitable, even if you are tourist or citizen, in markets and almost everywhere they serve you tea, Turkish Coffee and Turkish delight, telling you: ``Let`s eat sweets to speak sweetly``.
  2. Turkey have the most beautiful beaches like Oludeniz or Olimpos and all the beaches are represented with the `blue flag` which means the European Title for the most pure and clean waters. Also in Turkey you will find four seas: Black Sea, Marmara Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea and over 130 lakes.
  3. All the Turkish people keep their country flags at their windows or at balcony which symbolise respect and honour for the death soldiers of country. They really love their country and proud to be Turks.
  4. Turkish people have a wonderful education, they respect all the person using differently address words: kardes - little brother, abi - old brother, amca - uncle, abla - old sister, nine - old women and dede for old men and the the list goes on. Mostly in families they don`t call each other by their names, they use differently address words.
  5. Did you knew that Istanbul was the capital of the most biggest and amazing empires: Roman, Byzantines and Ottomans.
  6. Turks have introduce in Europe the taste of coffee, and to the Netherlands they have send the tulips. First time the coffee beans were founded in Ethiopia, at Java Island (check the logo of java, and you will see a coffee cup) by a cowboy in the year 1546. After Ottomans capture this territory taking with them the coffee beans which where first burned by the Ottomans cooks of the Sultan around the year 1548 and they makes Turkish Coffee. In Europe coffee was introduced again by Turks making and agreement with France around the year 1600.
  7. If you smile at Turkish people they will smile back at you.
  8. You can negotiate everything, everywhere and if you know Turkish it`s more better.
  9. The symbol of their Red Flag with Moon and Star, represent the blood of Turks viewed from a river at night and the mirror of the moon and star was reflected into the river. That`s why they never put their flags on the ground, as example at a International Conference, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the president of Turkey took the flag from the ground and put it in his pocket, because this is the respect for their death brothers.
  10. Do you know why Ankara is the capital of Turkey? This city wasn't conquered by anyone.
  11. From middle of Asia, from where Turks came, they still kept the tradition with Wishing Tree, where they put a wish and tie a bow at the tree.
  12. In some parts of Turkey they gives food for free, especially if you say: Tanrı Misafiri, which means The Guest of God. Also at weddings everyone is invited no matter if you don`t know anyone, this is the tradition.
  13. In Turkey you can eat fresh fruits all the seasons.
  14. Turkish people likes foreigners and they get close to them. You may be surprised that one Turkish will help you more than one of your nationality.
  15. In Turkey they have non-stop catering services, and at what hour from day and night you want to eat, you just order by internet and in a few minutes you receive your food.
  16. Turkish people are more related to the Europeans, they are calling them brothers, because Hungary, came from Turks, example: Atilla the Hun, also Bulgarians is an old Turkish family.
  17. Did you knew that in Istanbul was the biggest orthodox church, Sophia Cathedral, but after Mehmet the second had conquered the castle in 1453 from the Byzantine Empire, he transformed it into a mosque.
  18. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the modern Turkey, is the first one who gave the right to vote to women in 1934, after Turkey, European countries make this too.
  19. Did you knew that in the first World War One, Turkey fights with England, Italy, France and Greece without any weapons but they still won. Yes they do, without any weapons but with tactics and ingenuity of Ataturk, their mission was successful.
  20. In the army they used a system created by Mete Han, which nowadays it's we know it as MLM (Multi Level Marketing) and at that time describe the command system. One man in charge respond for 10 soldiers, another 10 person in charge respond for 100 soldiers, and another 100 person in charge respond for 1000 soldiers.

As bad parts I didn't see many, even nowadays people knows Turkish as terrorists, I didn't see neither one in Turkey, but you should take care of you, because I saw violence acts, where they fight, as example for a place to stay in the ferry which was firstly for the daughter of victim. I was shocked to see how they fight in the front of the little kid and of all the people. When you see strange persons try to avoid looking into their eyes. Be careful with girls, they aren't like European ones, even if they look like, their thinking is different. In addition of these ones, I didn't see anything bad, I had no problems, because I came here for another things, and my groups of friends were like me, but just in case, be careful, bad people and these kind of events and everywhere not only here.

Conclusion

Erasmus+ broadly defined is about earning, knowledge, friends, experience, it`s about reaching your objectives, your goals and how good you can handle your life, time and tasks. Would you like to sign for a better future? The models that you'll see, the persons that will inspire you, the memories, the beautiful magic of this scholarship, will be very helpful. All the universities wants to promote their students, with this scholarship or internship, giving them the opportunity to express and develop their qualities, thinking, personality, for the good of them and prosperity of countries. In one word, Erasmus+!

Even if at the beginning I faced some problems with accommodation, I am glad, because this was the experience of my life and even if you are prepared or not, the life will prepare you for these kind of things.

Mevlana, who was a poet, philosopher and theologian, born in Afghanistan of today say: ``If you want to be a candle, first you must burn and after you can light up``. We are this candle, we must burn, to have the experience, and after we can light up, so we could share our experience.

In conclusion, it was a pleasure for me to share my experience, not only for those who knows also for those who wants to start this project. Don`t forget, make Erasmus+, invest in yourself!

The future is based on information, knowledge and experience, and with experience you will had them both. Be an example worthy followed by the others!

Good luck and pleasant scholarship!
