Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bialystok? Is there any advice you can give?

No, it isn't difficult. You can find many flats to rent Also near the univeristies and citty center. Near the univeristies the prices could be a little bit high, also in the city center. In the quarters outside city center you can rent a flat in good price and to reach city center you need 20-30 minutes - Białystok isn't a big city.

In bialystok you can find many kinds of kitchen, not only polish dishes but also Italian, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Asian and Jewish.

If you stay in Poland you must eat classical

For dessert apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Dishes typical for our region are:

- "sekacz" it's a kind of cake only here you can eat it - the most delicious cake!

- "Zubrowka" - typical vodka only from Białystok taste great with apple juice, ice and a little bit cynamon.

There are many others but I recommend these ones.
