Why did you choose to go to Aveiro, Portugal?

I chose the city of Aveiro because it was a low standard of living, I thought I could live well and have fun without sending too much. and so it was.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

3 months, around 1000 euros

What is the student lifestyle like in Aveiro?

quiet, home university, dinners on the premises and some lively evening. trips out of town, but with extreme tranquility.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Aveiro to other students?

we recommend the city because it was a wonderful adventure. my only regret the weather too rainy. 3 uninterrupted months it rained!

What is the food like?

I enjoyed every dish, trying from sweet to savory recipes that I learned to reproduce. do not miss the empanadas of Venepao pastries.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Aveiro?

no, it was easy to place oneself

How much does it cost to live in Aveiro?

160+30 bills

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

yes I lern a few of portugues, I like it

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Aveiro from your city?

with a plane

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Aveiro?

at Convivio, there is nothing more fun than making friends playing darts =P

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Aveiro in the future?

the city is small but offers everything you need, it's quiet and here I felt at home for these few months, I met only wonderful people, of the place and not, and I'm so happy to have had this experience. I will definitely come back to Aveiro in the future, come you too I recommend it ;)
