Why did you choose to go to Aveiro, Portugal?

Because I thought it would be fun and relaxing, but I was wrong.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My scholarship was 1 year long. I got 400 euros a month, which was good and with very frugal life, could be enough to support yourself.

What is the student lifestyle like in Aveiro?

Very boring.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Aveiro to other students?

No, never.

What is the food like?

Boring and not tasty at all. University food is also bad.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Aveiro?

Did it cost me? Whatever that means. I found it easily and it was cheap.

How much does it cost to live in Aveiro?

With 400 you can survive.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

It's okay, plus most people speak English.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Aveiro from your city?

Plane with Ryanair to Porto.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Aveiro?

Nowhere, it's all mostly commercial clubs, and Erasmus parties are a disgrace.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Aveiro?

No.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

There is one museum and that's it.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Aveiro in the future?

Don't go to Aveiro. It's ugly, boring, the only good thing about it is that it's cheap.
