Experience in Athens, Greece by Maria
What is it like to live in Athens? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Living in Athens is a really chill experience. There is not much pressure even though its a capital. There are many nice places to visit close to Athens by bus or car and many small islands accessible with ferries/boats in very cheap prices (like agistri, aigina etc). There are many restaurants and coffe shops and in general you can always find a place to go out here! The city its self its not that impressive as an architecture style but the ancient parts (Akropoli, plaka etc) are definitely worth it, moreover there are hills like lycabettus and filopapou, where you can enjoy the view and sunset with a beer whenever you want!
