What is it like to live in Athens? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Living in Athens is just... magical! It's a city with great history, civilization and culture. You can visit lots of beautiful sights and landscapes and of course taste the delicious traditional dishes! The prices are low, the weather is simpy amazing so... book your tickets!
How much does it cost to live in Athens?
The monthly cost may be less than 500€!
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Athens? Is there any advice you can give?
Not at all. There are many apartments for rent and in low prices!
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
The food is simply awesome! If you don't taste the traditional dishes and especially souvlaki it's like you never came to Greece!
Is the nightlife good in Athens? Where is good to go?
Athens has a very vibrant and busy nightlife. Clubs are open till 5 am.
I would suggest that you go to Gazi and Monastiraki for your late night experiences!
What advice would you give future students heading to Athens?
I'm sure that you are going to have an amazing time here! I suggest that you meet as many Greek people as possible because they definitely know how to have a good time! They will help you with anything you need and put you in a good mood!
Go to as many places as possible and learn about the ancient Greek civilization!
Whatever you choose to do I hope you have the time of your life!
