How much does it cost to live in Athens?

It is not so cheap. Most of all for the cost of food and other goods.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Athens? Is there any advice you can give?

Yes it is very difficult. I strongly recommend to hire someone or agencies or even better request some university accomodation services. Some houses can be unsafe, very old, very uncomfortable (es. not very clean) or located in not comfortable regions.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is very good.

What places would you recommend visiting in Athens?

One can follow the suggestions given by the tourist guides. Not all places in athens are safe or easy to reach. It can be quite difficult to find streets and roads.

Not all the places where you can buy cooked food are under
hygienic standards

Is the nightlife good in Athens? Where is good to go?

Once again, be careful in the choice of places, especially if you are alone.
better if you choose positions located in accessible areas. Have in mind the tourist guides.

What advice would you give future students heading to Athens?

I am not sure. I recommend to think about it very carefully.
