How long does the grant last? How much money do you receive as aid?

6 months and €1, 250.

How is student life in Athens?

It's great with the Greek people and it's excellent with the Erasmus. You will get to know loads of people, from loads of countries.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Athens to other students?

Of course. The university supports you through everything and you have great benefits such as free food, etc. .

How is the country's food?

Great. You will end up getting used to it and being more of a Greek.

Was it hard to find accommodation in Athens?

No.

How much does it cost to live in Athens?

It's a bit cheaper than Spain at around €200 euros with all the expenses.

How is the language? Did you go to any course at the University?

Greek is a bit complicated, but you will end up knowing some words which will make you manage much better with the people. In any case, you can get by with English in all the places.

What's the most affordable way of getting to Athens from your city?

By plane. There are very cheap Greek companies.

Which places would you recommend to go out and party in Athens?

Venti club, Spell, Keramikos....

And to eat in Athens? Can you name your favourite places?

Any advice that you want to give to future students in Athens?

You will have a great time. The climate is great, as is the Erasmus atmosphere and the partying.
