2 years. I got a scholarship from CSC with 1350 euro a month

A lot of student activity I can take part in.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Amberes to other students?

Yes

What is the food like?

I like chips here.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Amberes?

Yes, I find my room on the Internet. It is a tiny room in a big student house, quite near the campus.

How much does it cost to live in Amberes?

I usually dine out and it cost me about 1500 euro a month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Dutch is not easy at all and Uantwerpen offer language courses which help a lot.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Amberes from your city?

by air

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Amberes?

theaters or night club like The Villa Antwerp

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Amberes?

So many restaurant but I want to say Chinese food in Chinatown is not bad here, better than Japanese sushi.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

art galleries and musuems

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Amberes in the future?

nice city and people are friendly.
