Why did you choose to go to Antwerp, Belgium?
I have chosen to go to Antwerp because of my university (Karel de Grote), but also becuse it is located really close to one of the best cities in the world (Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Brussels). And, of course, I'm obsessed with belgian waffles
What is the student lifestyle like in Antwerp?
University, traveling, and party
What is the food like?
There are a lot of restaurants, cafeterias, etc. with different cuisines. Belgian fries, waffles, chocolate are very delicious, but you can also find Italian, French, Asian and any other food.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Antwerp?
It was a little bit hard, because there are a lot of landlords or organizations that make a contract for at least 6 months and it's longer that one academic semester, but there are a lot of websites with many information about the accommodation.
How much does it cost to live in Antwerp?
I think that it's almost the same as in other countries in Europe such as France, Germany, or Netherlands.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
There are one course, but I didn't have it, because everyone knows English very well in Antwerp.
