The second big city in Denmark
Aarhus is the second-largest city in Denmark. After 4 months in Denmark, I decided to go there in Christmas holiday. As expected it was an alive and crowded city. I enjoyed a lot just walking in the city center as shown in the photo below.
The botanical garden was the first place I visited in Aarhus. You can see the photo below that it was a perfect scene for taking pictures but I did not go inside.
Just next to the Botanical garden, you can enter the old town of Aarhus. This was my favorite part. Old Danish houses with some museums and a small river make it cosy and warm. You can also find the carriage and horses here as can be seen in the photos too.
In addition, Aarhus Kunstmuseum is a famous museum with rainbow glasses rooftop. It was 18 Euros for students to pay for the entrance of the museum, which was worth seeing.
All in all, I highly recommend this city to all the people visiting Denmark.
