I did not get any scholarship.

How is the academic environment in Aarhus?

Superb. One of the best I've seen considering all the Erasmus destinations I had visited before.

Would you recommend the city and the University to other students?

Definitely yes.

How's food in the country in general?

Regular, not very different from Mediterranean diet. You can find everything very easily.

How did you find a place to stay?

The university took care of everything (Aarhus School of Business).

How are the renting prices? And overall cost of living?

Life cost is high but sustainable, if you don't go on a splurge. Renting prices follow the Erasmus average (~200€/month).

How is the language? Did you take any language course in your University?

No, I did not take any language courses because I had no interest in learning Dannish. Everyone speaks English, so there is no problem at all.

What is the most affordable way to get to Aarhus from your home town?

Aarhus has a nearby airport and some low-cost companies fly there. Flying is never cheap. Depending on the situation, you should plan your trip in advance.

What places would you recommend for a night out in Aarhus?

Social Club, Train.

Copenhagen, Skagen, Aalborg (at night).

Do you have any advice for students coming to Aarhus in the future?

If possible, find a place to stay in Skjoldhøjkollegiet; it really makes a difference.
