people, weather, architecture everywhere and history, Id recommend to enjoj those things mainly.

What is the student lifestyle like in Rome?

plenty of pubs and sightseens, but not very lively

How much does it cost to live in Rome?

rent a room: 500 e.monthly. all in
rent a house near centre (2 rooms flat): 900 euros
rent a house not in the centre: 750 euros.
food: cheap
restaurants: cheap

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Rome? Is there any advice you can give?

mm, check www.portaportese.it, and take care to the zone and facilitis: public transports are not very functional, its really important to stay near Tube stop (line A or C).

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

you can find all Italy's food in Rome, I prefer italian, pizza, and indian.

What places would you recommend visiting in Rome?

colosseo, campo de fiori, EUR zone, trastevere.

Is it good to eat out in Rome? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

La carbonara, piazza campo de fiori.
Every pizzeria in San Lorenzo zone (try: "il maratoneta", very cheap but really tasty)..

Is the nightlife good in Rome? Where is good to go?

good but not so much, try testaccio village, in Testaccio zone, till 3 am. in the morning...

What advice would you give future students heading to Rome?

1.surf on the main forums, before to go
2.interact with locals: people in Rome is very helpful and warm, get info's about Rome's life and trick about houses and places, asking to locals online (there's some website for conversationexchange)
