It boasts high brick ceilings, double-glazed windows, individual heating, and air conditioning. The apartment offers a living-dining area with a sofa bed (160x200) and an equipped kitchen (MW, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer); 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms to accommodate 4 people. The largest bedroom can be set up with a double bed or two singles. The second bedroom with 1 single or double bed. Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Paintings on the walls and sculptures have been generously made available by the artist Francisco Cordoba who has chosen the apartment as a privileged exhibition space to present his works in an everyday context. Costa Rican by birth, in Rome for over 40 years, he has exhibited in various museums and several times at the Venice Biennale. He has his own gallery in Via dei Serpenti, in the Monti district.
