This small studio studio apartment to rent is in the 16th arrondissement. It’s a practical space in a swanky area. The toilet is outside of the apartment, but you have a private shower. We loved the big TV, and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and hotplate. It’s not exactly the ideal spot for entertaining more than a friend or two, but that just means you get to go out a lot.
The 16th arrondissement is pretty swanky. Your new studio is 15 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe, as well as the Eiffel Tower on the other side of the Seine. As you can imagine, it’s a prime spot to live. Your home may be cozy, but it’s worth it to be so close to iconic sites, and only 20 minutes away from Paris Dauphine University.
Why rent this accommodation?
- The sofa bed frees up a bit of space for when you have friends over.
- You're on the 6th floor, and thankfully there is an elevator!
- You have your own private shower in the room.
- There is a good sized wardrobe with shelving for storing other items.
