- Booking Terms: Your reservation dates are fixed, and changes are not permitted upon arrival. In case of premature departure, you are responsible for the full booked period.
- House Rules: Smoking indoors is prohibited, and noise levels should be kept low to respect our neighbors.
- Heating Regulations: Our heating system operates within specific limits set by Italian law. The temperature should be maintained at 19 degrees Celsius, with a tolerance of +/- 2 degrees.
- Check-in and Check-out: Upon arrival, we'll inspect the apartment together. Please maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay. Upon departure, ensure the apartment is left in its original condition.
- Internet: We do not provide WiFi. Guests are advised to use personal hotspots.
- Common Areas: Keep common areas clear of personal belongings and avoid damaging walls or furniture.
- Maintenance: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
