The weekly cleaning service includes general cleaning of the common areas of the coliving. All expenses are included in the price: VAT, use of electricity, water, internet, cleaning service, 24/7 security and free use of all common areas and services of the complex. The laundry service costs 3 euros per wash/dry with detergent included. 🔒 Deposit & Admin Fee
No couples
To confirm your booking, both the deposit and the admin (reservation) fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
Once we receive both payments, we will:
- Send you the rental contract to sign digitally
- Add you to the WhatsApp group for your apartment before move-in
The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of your contract, once the condition of the property and utility expenses have been reviewed.
💡 Utilities:
Bills are included up to €50/month per tenant. Any excess will be shared among the tenants.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including kitchenware.
Bed sheets, pillows and towels are not provided — please bring your own.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
