The bedroom is on the upper floor, along with the bathroom and office area. This is arguably the best studio we've seen in Madrid.

This apartment is on Calle del Limón in Conde Duque, part of the vibrant Malasaña neighbourhood. Conde Duque is a more discreet side of Malasaña - it has less tourists but is just as cool. You'll also be living within walking distance of Sol, Argüelles and Chueca. Is this the best place to live in Madrid? We sure think so.

The interior is filled with plants, for that little bit of outside, inside.
There are 2 bathrooms in the studio apartment!
The kitchen has a convenient dishwasher.
Not only are you living in Malasaña, but you're near Chueca, Sol and Argüelles!
You will be living a short walk from not 1, but 4 metro stations!
