This is a stylish 4-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms and a live-in landlady. The property, located on Rua Padre António Vieira in Avenidas Novas, has a spacious 150 m² footprint. The shared areas include a fully-equipped kitchen which opens on to a small living area with a table, chairs, and sofa so you can sit down and enjoy your meals.
Bedroom 2 is a cozy room with an ensuite bathroom, and a wardrobe and shelving for your things. The double bed is located up the ladder in the loft. It has a direct access to the balcony and little terrace.
Please note that Cecile, our Homechecker, was unable to film in Bedroom 3, which is a bright room with a double and single bed in the loft, and a sofa and desk below. There is also a large window to let in natural light, and plenty of storage for your belongings including a wardrobe and shelving.
If you're in Lisbon to study, this apartment is in a great spot. The Universidade NOVA de Lisboa is within a 20-minute walk, and is also easily accessible by bus. After a long week studying you'll want to get away from all those books, so grab some picnic supplies and head to the Jardim Amália Rodrigues park for a break.
