Recently renovated, it is conceived as continuous and fluid. The spatious terrace is the natural extension of the house providing an area for outdoor relaxation or activities, surrounded by the urban greenery. The flat is provided with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, combined oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a dining table, a sofa and a king size bed with linen and cotton bedding. The kitchen is provided with an italian coffee machine, cutlery, cookware, and tableware.

DESCRIPTION AREA Nestled in a dynamic but quiet neighborhood, it combines tranquility with easy access to the center. Just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop, providing a quick 12-minute ride to the Airport and an 8-minute journey to Central Station SMN and the city center.
