The admin fee, utilities, and condominium fees (if these are not included in the amount already paid on Spotahome) must be paid within 48 working hours from the confirmation of the request to the partner. The security deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the booking confirmation. You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.
