The apartment was recently renovated and has a brand new wooden floor, modern bathroom with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining area attached to the kitchen and a separate living room with a comfy couch and TV. From the living room you can access the bedroom, which is setup up with enough closet space for two and a desk to work from.
The apartment is located in a calm and safe residential area in Reinickendorf, on the border with Wedding. In the summer, the Schäfersee would be an ideal place to go for a stroll or a picknick. The U-bahn station Franz-Neumann-Platz is around the corner. From here, the U8 brings you to Alexanderplatz in 13 minutes. There are several supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries close by.

Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years
