• Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
• No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
• For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
• Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
• Minimum age: 19 years

• Enrollment certificate (if you are a student)
• Working contract (if you are a professional)
• Landlord recommendation

Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.

As a member of this co-living community, you get access to a wider network of young professionals that live in their apartments all over Europe (Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Paris, London, etc.). Members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room swap with members in other cities.
