Landlord policies
- The landlord does not live on the property.
- Payment method: bank transfer (American Express is not accepted); credit/debit card
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided upon request (consult the landlord for the price)
- Registration is possible as long as the length of stay is at least 6 months. You must confirm that you are unregistered when you leave the property.
- Fees:
- Admin Fee: 1 month's rent + 21% VAT payable to landlord, one time payment (mandatory).
- Cleaning service: A move-in cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the apartment. The amount can range from €100 to €200 + 21% VAT, depending on the square metres of the flat.
- Bills: The bills will be charged in advance each month. At check in, the first month´s bills are due. If the consumption exceeds the amount paid, the excess will be charged when finalizing the contract
- Contract preparation fee: one-time mandatory payment, depends on the apartment. You can find more information in the section ‘Things to keep in mind’.
