Seasonal rentals only for leisure or holiday stays. ID/passport, proof of solvency, and a signed tourism-purpose declaration are required.
All tenants must be 18+.
Bills are not included. For stays of 5–11 months, the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. If you move in on or after the 16th, Spotahome covers the first 30 days, and you pay the remainder of the following month to the landlord.
