The separate kitchen is surprisingly spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. It has a breakfast table, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in a quiet atmosphere before starting the day. It also has a pantry area with sink and laundry area which provides even more functionality.
The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with closet, desk and chair, offering an optimal space to study or work. Two of them have access to a second balcony, providing light and unobstructed views of the city.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
