This nice, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment is located very close to the center of Barcelona. The building has lifts, but because its on the 1st floor, you can easily take the stairs. The kitchen is small with a microwave, mini fridge and 2 burner stove - all you need to cook a decent meal. The living room windows looks out onto the street and it has a couch and lamps. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double bed, TV, bedside tables and air conditioner. There is no closet, but does have racks to hang clothes.
As there is no washing machine in the apartment, a laundromat, Bugaderia d'autoservei (Fresh Calabria) on Carrer de Calàbria is a 5-minute walk away for you to do your laundry. There are many shopping outlets, cafes, and businesses nearby. This is a great place for students and professionals, as it is within close proximity to various university campuses and the business district. Public transport is easily accessible, with multiple ways to get wherever you need!
