All tenants must be 18+.
Bills are not included. For stays of 5–11 months, the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. If you move in on or after the 16th, Spotahome covers the first 30 days, and you pay the remainder of the following month to the landlord.
Once your booking is confirmed, you need to submit documents within 3 days and complete payments within 7 days, or booking may be cancelled.
