This brand new flat has an area of 70 m2, sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the third floor of Zapater on Carrer Arc del Teatre, 59. It is elegantly furnished and decorated with modern art and wooden beams. The living room includes a lavender sofa with colourful cushions, a bamboo chair, a beautiful grey carpet, a TV cabinet topped by a smart TV. It also has a floor-to-ceiling glass door that gives access to a small courtyard overlooking the inner streets of the Raval, with Graffiti and greenery all around. In the living room there is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 black chairs.
Then comes the modern kitchen with luxurious grey, black and white cabinets. It has all the kitchen basics, dishes and cutlery, freezer and fridge, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, electric cooker and a Nespresso machine. Inside you will find two bedrooms. The first one has a special decoration as it mixes retro and modern. It includes a bamboo double bed dressed in fresh white sheets, retro side lamps and bedside tables, a gun, a desk and a bedside table.

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.
Check-in out of working hours:
- From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
- It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
- No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
Bills included up to a limit of 150€.

Move in

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
