Undoubtedly one of the best locations to stroll and discover Barcelona. This studio is a penthouse and has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the city. Can you imagine enjoying a dinner while contemplating the city lights? What's more, from the terrace you can see the statue of Columbus.
It has a layout of 40 m2, capacity for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will find the main bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe so you can make the most of your stay. It also has a full bathroom with shower.
The rest of the flat has a living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with streaming services such as Netflix, a dining area, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a modern, integrated kitchen with all the equipment you need for your stay (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and more).
The flat is located in the Ciutat Vella district, next to the Parallel Avenue. This location is considered a multicultural neighbourhood due to the amount of locals and people who have come from multiple countries. In the area you will find historical buildings, such as the Romanesque church

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.
Check-in out of working hours:
- From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
- It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
- No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
Bills included up to a limit of 150€.

Move in

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
