Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) The 52 m2 of this apartment have been perfectly distributed and in every corner you will find modern details that make the apartment the ideal choice during your temporary stay in Barcelona.  The living-dining room area is very cozy, using a decoration full of elegant and avant-garde finishes. The modern kitchen is perfectly integrated into the space. You will find it fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances needed to cook on a daily basis, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom, which has a double bed, is very bright, you can go out and enjoy the sunny days on the nice balcony overlooking Carrer de Provença. A second bedroom equipped as a study area* is the ideal space to work or study from home. It also has a dressing room where you can store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The computer is not included

The neighborhood: The location could not be better. In Provença street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. The apartment is located a few steps from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Gaudí Avenue, which is located next to the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work. The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia" (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 9 minutes away, and 12 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you will find the iconic Agbar Tower, the Barcelona Design Museum and the Glories shopping center.

  • Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
    • Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.

  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

    • One day before your departure or the same day, the landlord will arrange a visit to inspect the apartment in the tenant's presence

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
