The living room is comfortable and cozy, has direct access to the protagonist of the house: the cozy terrace, where you can enjoy the sunny days of Barcelona. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary appliances. The sleeping area consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed, and each one has enough closet space to store the necessary. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: The apartment is located on Carrer de Provença, and is part of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, within the l'Eixample district. A few steps away is the Avenida de Gaudí, which is a sunrise road that breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a number of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of the tremendous work of Gaudí: The Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. This monumental work has 2 large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, which serve as a public space where you can enjoy outdoor activities. This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around such as: supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona. The nearest station is located 4 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 10 minutes away, where you will find a number of bus stops.

- Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
- Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
- *Ask the agent in each particular case.
- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
