A comfortable and cozy apartment is waiting for you in Sant Miquel Street in Barceloneta, very close to stores, services, public transport and the most visited maritime area of Barcelona.

It is an apartment of 30m2, in which you access the living room with sofa and exit to the outside balcony. Ideal for outdoor breakfast. It has fitted closets with plenty of storage space to store all your belongings.

The kitchen is very coquettish, and comes with all the necessary utensils to prepare your best recipes from day 1 of your stay.

The sleeping area has a double bed separated from the day area thanks to its large windows that separate the area, making it practical to let in light and at the same time separate environments.

Finally, there is a complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment has heating, hot water, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

Located less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, this apartment is located in the heart of one of the most famous neighborhoods of Barcelona. Surrounded by different bars, restaurants, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. It is also 17 minutes from the Maremagnum shopping center and a number of attractions characteristic of Barcelona, museums, churches and parks among others.

The closest metro station is Barceloneta (L4) just 4 minutes walking and also close to the Estación de Francia, bus and train terminals.  La Barceloneta is one of Barcelona's most emblematic neighborhoods, known for its seaside charm and privileged location by the sea. Its narrow streets preserve the historical essence, while the promenade and beaches offer an ideal space for outdoor leisure. It is famous for its excellent Mediterranean gastronomy, with restaurants and beach bars specializing in seafood and tapas. The area combines tradition and modernity, attracting both locals and tourists for its vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
