It is a practical apartment where the space is totally flexible, and allows you to have comfortable rooms. The living room and kitchen are integrated on the second floor and have access to a cozy balcony where you can enjoy the breeze. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home from the day of arrival. At the top of the stairs, we find the sleeping area which consists of a double bed. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 4 minutes away is the Barceloneta Park. The Passeig Joan de Borbo, is the perfect place to stroll and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city, also throughout its route you can admire the most impressive yachts that are anchored. Some tourist attractions such as the Museum of History of Catalonia, are located a few meters away. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 2 minutes from the apartment.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer or credit card.
- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
- Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

- Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

24-hour response
Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.
Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
