The living room has access to a nice terrace ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city and the wonderful views of iconic places of Barcelona such as the Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, among others.
The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 completely exterior rooms. 2 with double bed and one of them with a desk and single bed ideal for studying or working. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower The flat has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The flat is located in the district of San Martín, surrounded by green areas such as Sant Martí Park, Plaza de la Palmera de Sant Martí and all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and all kinds of commerce. Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
