The living room is comfortable and very bright, with access to a cozy terrace that becomes the green space of the apartment, where you can relax and disconnect from the day to day. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from day one. It also has a laundry area and access to the terrace. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles. The double bedroom has a chest of drawers and a spacious built-in closet, the single bedrooms have a desk and built-in closet. The bedrooms share 1 complete bathroom with shower. Finally, the property has a communal terrace, which you can also take advantage of and enjoy the wonderful view over the city. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: The apartment is located on Avinguda Meridiana, within the neighborhood of Sant Andreu, a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
- 1-bedroom: €100/month
- 2-bedroom: €150/month
- 3-bedroom: €200/month
- 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer or credit card.
- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

- Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
