Would you recommend the city and the University of Zlin to other students?

Yes, I definitely would recommend it, because they are alot of opportunities that you cannot find at any university, such as study programs, they're way good and interesting, activities and other things.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Zlin?

Yes, since I came here I didn't find a place in the dormitory so I rent an appartment and that was costly, however, since I found my place in the dorm, the price here is reasonable and life here is easier.

How much does it cost to live in Zlin?

It depends on your expenses, but I think approximetly 6000kc per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I'm learning czech language course this year and I really enjoy it, I think it is easy if you really want to study it and practice it also, of course.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Zlin from your city?

I'm living in Morocco so it was a little bit expensive, I travelled by plane til prague, and then by train from prague to zlin and it costed me 116kc.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Zlin?

Yea, pizza places are so good, maybe because I love pizza but here it tastes good and it's cheap also.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Zlin in the future?

If it will be your first experience as it's for me, because this my first time I travelled abroad, it was a little bit hard for me at first because you don't know anyone and you don't know where to go and who to ask, but I think you just have to ask about all the information before you'll come here, university information and you can also contact people who already lived here would definitely help you not to face alot of problems at first.
For me even if it was hard but after that, everything is just more clear and everyone here is very helpful.
So good luck to the students who want to study and live here in Zlin.
