Why did you choose to go to Zaragoza, Spain?

Because I wanted to improve my Spanish and I wanted to stay in a city that was not so big and not so small.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

6 months. I don´t receive any money from my school.

What is the student lifestyle like in Zaragoza?

It depends on your course and where you decide to live. But in general it´s possible to go to school walking, to explore the parks, go to parties and also de ESN activities.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Zaragoza to other students?

Yes, definetly!

What is the food like?

It depends on where you come from, but in general it's possible to find every type of food in Zaragoza.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Zaragoza?

A while, but I started looking before going to Zaragoza. So once I found it I had no problem because when I arrived in Zaragoza I already had a place to stay.

How much does it cost to live in Zaragoza?

Around 500€ per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I've studied Spanish for 2 years before coming, so it was not that hard for me. Also, there are some types of courses available and people use to be gentle once they notice you´re a foreign student.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Zaragoza from your city?

As I come from a different continet, it is only possible by airplane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Zaragoza?

There are some clubs and bars. If you want to go to a bar, there's Fox and a club, Kenbo or Point. There are many other options close do Casco Histórico.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Zaragoza?

If you want to go out to eat tapas, Lizarran is an option but there are others close to the university.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Basilica del Pilar, Aljafería and different museums.
