What is it like to live in Wroclaw? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Definitely Wroclaw is a student city. When it comes to vacation the city is nearly empty, considering that 750k people are living here. Night life is pretty good, but the old town is small so if u want to find some interesting places you need to be patient and inquisitive because the city has much more to offer than just (un)famous Passage Niepolda (don't go there please! ).

How much does it cost to live in Wroclaw?

For people that are coming abroad Wrocław shouldn't be that expensive. You can eat luch/dinner from 5 do 25 zł, cigarettes are like 3 euros, bottle of wine 2 euros, beer in clubs less than 2 euros. But the housing cost can kill you in some places of Wroclaw.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Wroclaw? Is there any advice you can give?

Just look on Facebook pages like Wroclaw mieszkania, also you can hit up whoever you want to ask about these private Facebook groups where there are plenty of those ads.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I like food, so please don't ask me; )

What places would you recommend visiting in Wroclaw?

"Heca", "Do Jutra", "BauBar", "Pod Latarniami", and something much cheaper: "Kombinat", "Ambasada", "Przedwojenna".

Is it good to eat out in Wroclaw? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

"Do Jutra", "Moa Burger", "Fabryka"... ohhh, everything is near to Rynek so just try whatever you want to find your own favourite!

What advice would you give future students heading to Wroclaw?

Be kind because mostly people are nice here, but you can also step on some rude guys. Buy tickets (http://www.wroclaw.pl/en/transport)!

Try everything that is not typical for incoming students and try to saturate in natural environment, that's the most important advice!
