Why did you choose to go to Wroclaw, Poland?

Poland is a good choice, it is cheap, beautiful, colorful and easy to have good scores in the Uni.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It was from September to the first of February and I have received 1500 euros. Well I don't received it yet.

You should save money before come because sometimes the scholarship desapeared for months.

What is the student lifestyle like in Wroclaw?

It has the best student ambiance, there's so many Erasmus in Wroclaw from all over the world, is a multicultural city.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Wroclaw to other students?

Of course, without any doubt.

What is the food like?

The food is horrible, it tastes so strong. For me is not the best taste but well this is a very objective point.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Wroclaw?

2 weeks more or less, to find acommodation in a good place and with a good pricewill cost u some days but like in any other country.

How much does it cost to live in Wroclaw?

It depends if u live in a residence maybe 400 euros per month, I a flat a little bit more, not more than 500 euros per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are so many courses, you can be part of all but I ensure you that u are not going to come back speaking Polish, it is an impossible language.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Wroclaw from your city?

I live in Asturias north of Spain, for me I went by plane from Bilbao to Wroclaw stopping in Munich, with Lufthansa. If u go to Alicante or Murcia there's direct cheap flights from Ryanair. If u are from Madrid u should go to Krakow and them take a polski bus to Wroclaw, is the cheapest way.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Wroclaw?

It depended on the day of the week... but for sure all days you will have a different party.

For me the best is on Mondays Alibi Klub, Wednesday Reset, Thursday Cherry Club, Friday Mundo.. and so on, there's a square with millions of discos and bars.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Wroclaw?

The best place and also the cheapest to taste traditional food is Kurna Chata.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Wroclaw in the future?

Bring your student card from your country it will be very useful.
