Because it's a country that is totally different from the rest of Europe, with a lot to discover.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
10 months and €280 a month.
What is the student lifestyle like in Wrocław?
It's incredible... a third of the city's population is made up of students, around 300, 000 students out of 700, 000 inhabitants.
Would you recommend the city and the university of Wrocław to other students?
Without a doubt, it's the best destination possible. Culture, cold climate and somewhere totally different. Different parties, different food, different prices, it's in the centre of Europe and it has students from all over the world...
What is the food like there?
It's really good, it's warm and there's a lot of soups and stews to help with the cold.
Was it difficult to find accommodation in Wrocław?
Not at all, there are a lot of offers at all different prices, but they're all cheap.
How much does it cost to live in Wrocław?
500 EUROS A MONTH, INCLUDING RENT.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the university?
The language is impossible. They do put on courses at the university... but it's very difficult.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Wrocław from your home city?
A flight with Ryanair and then a train.
Where would you recommend for a night out in Wrocław?
There are lots of places! I recommend all of them!
And to eat in Wrocław? What are some of your favourite places to go?

What good cultural sites are there to visit?
There are loads of museums and interesting places.
Do you have any advice for students coming to Wrocław in the future?
None at all, everyone has to discover it for themselves.
