Why did you decide to go to Wroclaw, Poland?

Because I wanted to study in English and this country caught my interest, in addition to be quite cheap to live in.

How long was your scholarship? How much grant money did you receive?

9 months, I received €200 a month for 7 months.

How was student life in Wroclaw?

There was a great student atmosphere and lots of Erasmus students (who were mostly Spanish).

Would you recommend the city and the University of Wroclaw to other students?

Yes I would, above all the city, but warning that not everyone speaks English, not even at the university, which doesn't make it easy when you have to organise your lesson timetable. Generally speaking, there are very kind professors that will help you if they can.

What is the food like in Poland?

The food was quite good.

Was finding accomodation difficult?

No, the university provided me with a residence.

How was the language? Did you attend any courses at the university?

Polish is impossible to learn, I managed with English and I have learnt 4 basic words in Polish.

What is the cheapest way to get to from your city?

By plane.

Where are the best places to go out in Wroclaw?

Alibi and Reset are excellent Erasmus clubs, there are also many bars and clubs on the Pasaz Niepolda.
