The cost of living in Warsaw: move with no stress!

As you know, Warsaw it is one of cheapest capitals of Europe! And its prices are much lower than in other European metropolises. Let's see in detail some examples of prices! But first of all, what is the currency used in Warsaw? In Warsaw the currency used is the Polish zloty. For you to understand better, 1 € corresponds to 4,58 zloty.
Living in Warsaw: accommodation
The prices of accommodation in Warsaw are affordable!
You will find rooms for rent from 150 € to 300! On our page there are very nice offers of room in shared apartments, entire properties or modern studios, seeing is believing!

On the other hand, you will have to check if the expenses for utility bills are included, if not, calculate that you could get to spend just over 150 € per for electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, garbage)for an apartment of about 85m2 (to be shared with the roommates in case you share the accommodation).
Regarding Internet on the other hand, very important for digital nomads and students, the price per month is around 13€.
Eating in Warsaw
If you are moving to Warsaw, you will definitely need to find your favorite restaurants where to eat in Warsaw, or do the shopping and often it is precisely the prices that guide us in this choice. The average price of restaurants in Warsaw, for a full meal is 7-8€! Well yes! You heard right... so I would say that it's just a matter of moving around the city and discovering traditional flavors and dishes, knowing that every week you can enjoy more lunches and more dinners out with friends!

What if I want to move around Warsaw?
As for transport in Warsaw, a simple bus ride does not exceed 4.40 zł (1€), while for public transport valid 24 hours in Zone 1, you will have to pay only 15 zł (3.30€).
Of course, as soon as you arrive in Poland you will have to reach the city center, so what will be the cost of a taxy to get to Warsaw?
From the airport to the city center the price is quite expensive, 160zł (35,30€), but if you share it with 4 more people it be a convenient solution!

We understand therefore that the cost of living in Warsaw is not at all expensive and therefore visiting Warsaw can be convenient especially if you plan to stay abroad for a while.
Often, those who have to do an Erasmus abroad choose it as a destination precisely because of its prices and because, as everyone knows, beer there is really cheap! By the way, it is located in a strategic location that will allow you to visit many cities or countries of Northern and Eastern Europe... it will be impossible for you to get bored!
