Generally, what is Vilnius University like?

Vilnius University is diverse education institution and in my opinion the best one in Lithuania. It was established in 1579 and therefore has long lasting traditions. It has faculties in a couple of different locations all over Vilnius city.

What are the facilities like?

Facilities of Humanitarian Sciences are located in the heart of the Vilnius city old town. They are the same ones where Vilnius University was established. There are separate facilities of Medical Faculty close to Vilnius old town, also in a building that dwells with education traditions. Both these facilities are interesting to see and inspiring. There are also separate facilities of Law, Communication, Physics and Economics in Saulėtekis district. They are decent and have a very modern library nearby.

What are the tutors like?

They are very friendly and always ready to help.

Are the lessons easy in Vilnius University?

It is easy if you do not want to put too much attention to it you can still pass without much problem, on the other hand if you are willing to significantly improve your knowledge you can do that too.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

There are faculty celebrations, parties, sports facilities.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

I believe it is good, there is room for improvement, but in general it's good.
