Why did you choose to go to Viseu, Portugal?

Because it was a place where I was accepted.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It was 6 months, but I don't remember how much money I received

What is the student lifestyle like in Viseu?

It's nice because the school is not big and you can get to know all of the erasmus people

Would you recommend the city and the University of Viseu to other students?

If you don;t want to spend a lot of many on flat and travel a lot, yes.

What is the food like?

Like in the other regions of portugal

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Viseu?

No it was easy, At the beginning I lived in the student residence but later I moved to a house with garden

How much does it cost to live in Viseu?

I don't remember, but not much. Less than porto and lisboa

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

yes it is. a lot of people speak english and if you know spanish, you can understand almost everything. I don't know nothing about the courses

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Viseu from your city?

I took a plane from poland to barcelona and then barcelona to porto

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Viseu?

there are some bars in the center of the city so you can find something for sure

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Viseu?

Not, I don't know any restaurants

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

You can go to porto and some other small cities which are near to viseu. you can go to the beach .

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Viseu in the future?

go and have fun!! the most important thing is people!! :)
